Zuma, the brainchild of award-winning chef Rainer Becker offers a sophisticated cuisine philosophy inspired by the informal Japanese dining style called Izakaya. Since opening in summer 2010, Zuma Miami has been frequented by notables including Alex Rodriguez, Anna Kournikova, Brooke Shields, Dwyane Wade, Emilio Estefan, Eugene Levy, Gisele Bündchen, Gloria Estefan, Julianne Hough, Kathy Griffin, Kim Kardashian, LeBron James, Lenny Kravitz, Maria Sharapova, Martin Short, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Shakira and Tom Brady among many others. In Spring 2011, Zuma was named one of the Top 10 Hottest New Restaurants & One of the 50 Top Hot Spot Restaurants in the United States by OpenTable. Zuma's first location opened in London in 2002 followed by Hong Kong (2007), Istanbul (2008), Dubai (2008), Miami (2010), Bangkok (November 2011) & Beirut (2012).
Zuma, located on the ground floor of EPIC Hotel & Residences (270 Biscayne Boulevard Way, Miami, Florida 33131), is open Monday – Saturday for lunch (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM), light bites (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and for dinner (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
